Welcome to the 2019 High AIMS Summer Institute! 

High AIMS is a consortium of 30 public school districts in southwest Ohio. Fairfield City Schools will serve as this year’s host to 2,000+ educators for our 6th annual Summer Institute. We will offer two nationally acclaimed keynote speakers and 250 breakout sessions as teachers and administrators immerse themselves in dynamic and inspiring professional learning.

Mason City Schools
Liz Dooley is a Learning Experience Designer on the Personalized Learning team for Mason Cit Schools. She previously taught 4th grade gifted in Mason City Schools. For ten years prior, she taught 4th grade language arts in Oak Hills Local School District and was the Lead Elementary Learning Consultant for the district technology team. She was the recipient of the 2014 Teacher of Excellence award for Cincinnati and was a PBS Digital Innovator for 2016. She has a Middle Childhood degree with focuses in math and ELA. She has her MAT from Miami University through the Ohio Writing Project. She also presents professional development workshops and teaches courses through Ohio Writing Project at Miami on topics of gifted education, personalization and digital literacy.
