Welcome to the 2019 High AIMS Summer Institute! 

High AIMS is a consortium of 30 public school districts in southwest Ohio. Fairfield City Schools will serve as this year’s host to 2,000+ educators for our 6th annual Summer Institute. We will offer two nationally acclaimed keynote speakers and 250 breakout sessions as teachers and administrators immerse themselves in dynamic and inspiring professional learning.

Kate Motsinger

6th Math Teacher and Department Chair
For the past 14 years, Kate Motsinger has been teaching grades 5-9. Certified to teach both Math and Social Studies, she earned both her Master's Degree in Educational Administration and an Endorsement in Gifted Education K-12. She was named Middle School Teacher of the Year in the state of Kentucky. She has piloted Co-Teaching Strategies programming for Students with Disabilities. She has a passion for Gifted Math Instruction. Fostering an inclusive environment led Kate to create the first Anti-Bullying Program for her district, the first in the state of Ohio.
