Welcome to the 2019 High AIMS Summer Institute! 

High AIMS is a consortium of 30 public school districts in southwest Ohio. Fairfield City Schools will serve as this year’s host to 2,000+ educators for our 6th annual Summer Institute. We will offer two nationally acclaimed keynote speakers and 250 breakout sessions as teachers and administrators immerse themselves in dynamic and inspiring professional learning.

Jen Neubarth has been an Ohio educator for 18 years teaching grades 4-6. She is a Google Certified Educator (Levels 1 & 2) and currently an Innovation Specialist in Lakota working with teachers, co-planning personalized learning experiences for students. She facilitates learning in the West Freshman innovation Hub with educational technology, virtual reality, and green screen video. Jen also assists in the management of the One2One Chromebook initiative ensuring digital access for all students at West Freshman. Jen is married to Chris, and has four dogs; Stella, Oslek, Lukin and Gwennie.
