Welcome to the 2019 High AIMS Summer Institute! 

High AIMS is a consortium of 30 public school districts in southwest Ohio. Fairfield City Schools will serve as this year’s host to 2,000+ educators for our 6th annual Summer Institute. We will offer two nationally acclaimed keynote speakers and 250 breakout sessions as teachers and administrators immerse themselves in dynamic and inspiring professional learning.

Mason, OH
Jeff is a school psychologist at Mason High School, the largest high school in Ohio. He has over twenty years of experience working with adolescents in areas that include problem-solving, counseling, consultation, and evaluation for special education services. He chairs the building's crisis team. Jeff is beginning his 19th year at Mason, and his eighth as the advisor of Students Involving & Befriending Students (SIBS) - a group of junior and senior leaders who mentor freshmen, and enhance the overall school climate. Jeff has also served as an adjunct professor at Xavier University and Miami University, and serves as a consultant for a firm that focuses on diversity, management consulting and leadership development.
