Welcome to the 2019 High AIMS Summer Institute! 

High AIMS is a consortium of 30 public school districts in southwest Ohio. Fairfield City Schools will serve as this year’s host to 2,000+ educators for our 6th annual Summer Institute. We will offer two nationally acclaimed keynote speakers and 250 breakout sessions as teachers and administrators immerse themselves in dynamic and inspiring professional learning.

Heidi Adams has been a Kentucky and Ohio educator for 28 years teaching everything from Kindergarten to 7th grade science. She is a Google Certified Educator (Levels 1 & 2), a Google Certified Trainer, and currently an Innovation Specialist in Lakota working side-by-side with teachers, co-planning personalized learning experiences for students. She facilitates learning in the Hopewell Junior Innovation Hub with educational technology, virtual reality, and green screen video. Heidi also facilitates and manages the One2One Chromebook initiative ensuring digital access for all students at Hopewell. Heidi is married to Jim, and has two children: a senior at Kings High School and recent graduate from Kent State University.
