Welcome to the 2019 High AIMS Summer Institute! 

High AIMS is a consortium of 30 public school districts in southwest Ohio. Fairfield City Schools will serve as this year’s host to 2,000+ educators for our 6th annual Summer Institute. We will offer two nationally acclaimed keynote speakers and 250 breakout sessions as teachers and administrators immerse themselves in dynamic and inspiring professional learning.

Gifted Intervention Specialist
Erin Chesar is a 3rd grade Gifted Intervention Specialist in the Mason City School District. Erin previously worked for Forest Hills School District as a 5th grade math teacher before leaving to re-enter the gifted classroom. She presented at the summer 2018 High Aims Learning Series covering topics relating to gifted education. Erin received M.Ed. in Gifted Education & Gifted (K-12) license from from Xavier University and her B.A. in Elementary Education from Saint Mary's College.
