Welcome to the 2019 High AIMS Summer Institute! 

High AIMS is a consortium of 30 public school districts in southwest Ohio. Fairfield City Schools will serve as this year’s host to 2,000+ educators for our 6th annual Summer Institute. We will offer two nationally acclaimed keynote speakers and 250 breakout sessions as teachers and administrators immerse themselves in dynamic and inspiring professional learning.

Experiential Learning Coordinator
Debbie Gentene is the Experiential Learning Coordinator for Mason City Schools where she is passionate about providing innovative opportunities through collaborative community partnerships to enhance student learning. She has over 20 years of demonstrated success facilitating learning and helping students develop career and professional workplace skills through teaching, curriculum development, mentoring, and co-authoring the textbook Century 21 Accounting. She is passionate about reaching ALL students. An innovative program she created for minority populations was selected as a State Model for Drop-out Prevention in the State of Tennessee. Prior to that, she was the Corporate Training Director for a Fortune 500 company.
