Welcome to the 2019 High AIMS Summer Institute! 

High AIMS is a consortium of 30 public school districts in southwest Ohio. Fairfield City Schools will serve as this year’s host to 2,000+ educators for our 6th annual Summer Institute. We will offer two nationally acclaimed keynote speakers and 250 breakout sessions as teachers and administrators immerse themselves in dynamic and inspiring professional learning.

Connie Reyes-Rau

Hamilton County ESC
ESL Supervisor/Title III Coordinator
Connie Reyes-Rau has been a leader in education for nearly 30 years. Throughout her multi-faceted career, she has served as a special education teacher, school psychologist, and school improvement consultant. Today, she is the ESL Supervisor for the Hamilton County ESC. She specializes in culturally responsive practice and Multi-Tier System of Supports (MTSS) with Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CLD) students. In addition, she is a coach and trainer of Sheltered Instruction Observation Protocol (SIOP), and co-wrote the TESOL program for Xavier University, where she is an occasional adjunct professor.
