Welcome to the 2019 High AIMS Summer Institute! 

High AIMS is a consortium of 30 public school districts in southwest Ohio. Fairfield City Schools will serve as this year’s host to 2,000+ educators for our 6th annual Summer Institute. We will offer two nationally acclaimed keynote speakers and 250 breakout sessions as teachers and administrators immerse themselves in dynamic and inspiring professional learning.

Clermont Northeastern Local School District
Ms. Ryan has been an elementary educator for 20 years.She has her Bachelors from Wilmington College for Elementary Education with an emphasis in Language Arts and is certified 1-8. She has a Masters from NKU in Special Education and is Certified for Intervention Mild-Moderate K-12. She started her career teaching at a small program in Kentucky working with students with Behavior Disorders in an alternative setting. She worked with students grade 3-8 in this type of setting for 5 years. After this she started a job at Clermont Northeastern working as an Intervention Specialist and worked with students grade K-4. At this time she went to additional programs for math including DMA and Project Impact. For the last 6 years I have been working as a 2nd grade classroom teacher.
