Welcome to the 2019 High AIMS Summer Institute! 

High AIMS is a consortium of 30 public school districts in southwest Ohio. Fairfield City Schools will serve as this year’s host to 2,000+ educators for our 6th annual Summer Institute. We will offer two nationally acclaimed keynote speakers and 250 breakout sessions as teachers and administrators immerse themselves in dynamic and inspiring professional learning.

Intervention Specialist
Hakim Oliver earned a Bachelor's degree in Special Education from Bowling Green State University and earned a Master's degree in Teacher Leadership from Wright State University.
Hakim has been an Intervention Specialist for 15 years, all at Mason High School. He is a co-advisor of the Mason Inclusion Club (MIC Club). This is a student-led diversity club at the high school. Mr. Oliver also coached football, track, and introduced Special Olympics to the community. Outside of school, Hakim leads community conversations intended to create positive interactions and discussions.
