Welcome to the 2019 High AIMS Summer Institute!

High AIMS is a consortium of 30 public school districts in southwest Ohio. Fairfield City Schools will serve as this year’s host to 2,000+ educators for our 6th annual Summer Institute. We will offer two nationally acclaimed keynote speakers and 250 breakout sessions as teachers and administrators immerse themselves in dynamic and inspiring professional learning.

Maria Eshman and Emily Hutchison have been teaching together for 13 years for the Norwood City School District. They have a combined teaching experience of 36 years, most of those years have been spent in first grade. Emily currently works as a Title I/ RtI coordinator for a K-2 building. While Maria educates first grade authors throughout the entire day. They have presented regionally and nationally for Staff Development for Educators (SDE). Emily and Maria have also presented for High Aims the last 3 years.
