Welcome to the 2019 High AIMS Summer Institute! 

High AIMS is a consortium of 30 public school districts in southwest Ohio. Fairfield City Schools will serve as this year’s host to 2,000+ educators for our 6th annual Summer Institute. We will offer two nationally acclaimed keynote speakers and 250 breakout sessions as teachers and administrators immerse themselves in dynamic and inspiring professional learning.

How do you take a school culture that is already successful and improve it? How do you take a school culture that is not successful and improve it? Better yet, what is your school culture and does it matter? This seminar is focused on creating a living document called a Culture Plan which will lead a school culture towards success: instructional, social, and emotional. This work requires non-negotiables which all stakeholders are responsible for maintaining and upholding. Through collaboration and a focused vision, a Culture Plan can take any school to new heights.
