Welcome to the 2019 High AIMS Summer Institute! 

High AIMS is a consortium of 30 public school districts in southwest Ohio. Fairfield City Schools will serve as this year’s host to 2,000+ educators for our 6th annual Summer Institute. We will offer two nationally acclaimed keynote speakers and 250 breakout sessions as teachers and administrators immerse themselves in dynamic and inspiring professional learning.

Successful leaders build a strong network through positive relationships. They know that it is critically important and their responsibility to serve as mentors to the next generation of leaders. During this session, participants will learn and practice ways in which they can develop and sustain authentic and lasting relationships that provide support in the demanding role of administration. This presentation will also address ideas for networking and collaboration. The session format will have an opportunity for discussion and an opportunity to build your network.

Executive Director, High AIMS Consortium
Kelly is the Executive Director of High AIMS Consortium. This is her 36 year in education. Prior to High AIMS, she retired as the Superintendent of Talawanda School District. She has experience in urban, rural, and suburban schools.
