Welcome to the 2019 High AIMS Summer Institute! 

High AIMS is a consortium of 30 public school districts in southwest Ohio. Fairfield City Schools will serve as this year’s host to 2,000+ educators for our 6th annual Summer Institute. We will offer two nationally acclaimed keynote speakers and 250 breakout sessions as teachers and administrators immerse themselves in dynamic and inspiring professional learning.

De-clutter your ELA teaching by focusing on low-prep, high-impact strategies that eliminate packets and worksheets. Learn to curate lessons that fit students needs, engage them in deeper thinking about texts, and teach them how to make meaning from texts, not just answer questions.
In this session we will explore the purposes, benefits, and structures of an Instructional Playbook as well as create pages that you can take with you to begin your own Playbook.
