A dysregulated brain cannot learn. Two of the primary expectations of educators and students are to teach and learn. Both of those tasks become increasingly difficult when one or both of the parties are not regulated. This workshop provides a look into the brain and body to explain how it regulates itself and provides an intentional space for educators to explore how they can create the safety in their learning spaces needed for regulation and learning.
