Welcome to the 2019 High AIMS Summer Institute! 

High AIMS is a consortium of 30 public school districts in southwest Ohio. Fairfield City Schools will serve as this year’s host to 2,000+ educators for our 6th annual Summer Institute. We will offer two nationally acclaimed keynote speakers and 250 breakout sessions as teachers and administrators immerse themselves in dynamic and inspiring professional learning.

Participants who are looking for ways to provide student choice in reading while maintaining a culture of high expectations, need to attend this session. Book clubs provide students with the opportunity to choose literature of interest, engage in a classroom community, and participate in academic conversations. Participants will learn how to effectively facilitate book clubs with blogs and a classroom website.
