Welcome to the 2019 High AIMS Summer Institute! 

High AIMS is a consortium of 30 public school districts in southwest Ohio. Fairfield City Schools will serve as this year’s host to 2,000+ educators for our 6th annual Summer Institute. We will offer two nationally acclaimed keynote speakers and 250 breakout sessions as teachers and administrators immerse themselves in dynamic and inspiring professional learning.

Students don’t know what they don’t know, and there is a vast world of possibilities awaiting them post-graduation. Industry is at the ready to partner with education to guide our graduates into meaningful careers in all sectors. In this session, learn about some steps to get started incorporating real world learning into your classrooms, advice on how to expand your network, and take away a framework of an action plan. Through our time together we will be brainstorming on implementation, having small group discussion on thinking outside the box, and take an opportunity to network with other participants for post-conference collaboration. Join us to begin the journey of finding innovative ways to get students thinking about their future careers!
