Limited Capacity filling up

A school in West Clermont with an enrollment of 2000 students has developed, and improved, a simple way to gather non-academic data from students. By providing students with an individual QR code, data is collected via a google form and is immediately sent to a google sheet. Academic teams have the option to compile and organize information regarding restroom usage, "points" earned for positive behaviors, details about behavioral concerns, and trips to the nurse. Reports (containing whatever the team wants to share) can quickly be sent home electronically.
