Welcome to the 2019 High AIMS Summer Institute! 

High AIMS is a consortium of 30 public school districts in southwest Ohio. Fairfield City Schools will serve as this year’s host to 2,000+ educators for our 6th annual Summer Institute. We will offer two nationally acclaimed keynote speakers and 250 breakout sessions as teachers and administrators immerse themselves in dynamic and inspiring professional learning.

Amy E. Hull is an Educational Administrator in Cincinnati, Ohio. She received a B.S. in Pre-Medical Studies - Biology from Ohio University, an M.Ed. in Secondary Education from Xavier University, and an M.Ed. in Educational Administration from the University of Cincinnati. After being in Cincinnati Public Schools for 12 years as a student, teacher and administrator, she currently works in Administration at Mason High School: a 2016 National Blue Ribbon School, and the largest public high school in Ohio. She has an extensive background in building work relationships, leadership, community service and engagement, event planning, and youth mentorship. She received the 2018 Working Women Award (The Cincinnati Herald and MAO Brand), the Next Generation Leadership Award in 2015 (NKU, NKY Chamber of Commerce), and is featured in the Nationally Recognized Documentary: Oyler (Amazon Prime Video 2016). Her passion lies in developing youth and teachers, motivational speaking, and creating social, cultural, emotional and relational skills for future leaders in any community. The daughter of two local African-American trailblazers, she uses the knowledge from her own personal and professional life experiences to relate to any audience. Amy is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and the largest fan of her two amazing children, Andre and Andrew who fill her world with love.
